East 57th Street Partners in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a hands-on financial executive to build the entire accounting and finance function from scratch. This is a growth platform backed by private equity, requiring a leader who can recruit, develop, and scale a high‑performing team, while partnering with the CEO, board, and sponsor on strategy and exit readiness.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of finance experience, deep GAAP knowledge, M&A experience, and a track record of systems
