Business Development Associate (59396)

Job Details: Location: Providence, RI 02904. Position Type: Full Time. Salary Range: $24.75 - $30.00 per hour. Job Shift: 1st Shift. Job Category: Administrative/Clerical. What you will do: Provide administrative support to Field Consultants and Management to help them achieve monthly and quarterly member satisfaction targets. Independently uncover and qualify potential leads. Conduct outbound calls to prospective businesses. Guide prospects through program requirements and document all activity. Support marketing campaigns and initiatives. Participate in team meetings, training sessions and professional development. Work Model: Hybrid, full-time (3 days on-site in Providence RI, 2 days remote). Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5 pm (can be flexible). Compensation: $24.75 - $30.00 per hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Annual bonuses are some of the additional forms of compensation offered. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred. Experience: 3-5+ years experience in administrative support or office management required. 2+ years experience in customer service, telemarketing or a similar role required.
