Life Sciences Business Development Leader RPO Partnerships
TSP, a Syneos Health company
TSP, a Syneos Health company, is seeking a senior, client-facing leader to drive our RPO partnerships from Raleigh, NC. You will shape talent solutions for biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device clients and lead the sales process to close deals. The role requires 6+ years in life sciences recruiting or talent consulting, a proven ability to win complex engagements, and a senior network across life sciences. Travel up to 30%.
