F135 Repair Integration And Execution ManagerThis highly visible role within the F135 Sustainment Program Management Office (SPMO) is responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of the repair value stream. The Repair Integration and Execution Manager will drive the transformation, strengthening, and execution of the F135 repair integration strategy to improve overall Fleet Readiness. This position requires strong systems engineering expertise, exceptional leadership, and the ability to work effectively across a highly matrixed organization.What Will You DoDrive and integrate program requirements across the repair value streamServe as the Repair IPT Lead (IPTL), ensuring effective information flow, integration, and escalationLead process improvement initiatives across the Repair Value StreamLead Second Interval Expansion repair activities and prioritizationSupport early ECU repair planning and development activitiesIntegrate systems and processes across ASE, Eagle Supply, engineering, logistics, operations, supply chain, and the broader sustainment organizationCollaborate effectively across multiple organizations and teams to achieve enterprise goalsDevelop strategies to enhance accuracy and effectiveness of repair demand forecastingQualifications You Must HaveBachelor's degree in (STEM) Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics12 years of engineering experience or an Advanced degree with 10 years of engineering experienceProven project management, communication, teamwork, and strategic leadership skillsStrong systems engineering background with demonstrated technical acumenDemonstrated experience delivering results in a cross-functional team environmentAbility to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of managementU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contractQualifications We PreferHighly collaborative and comfortable leading across a matrixed enterpriseStrong analytical thinking and systems integration skillsAbility to anticipate challenges, develop strategies, and implement effective solutionsStrong business judgment and customer-focused mindsetFamiliarity with the F135 program, sustainment operations, or military propulsion systemsExperience in risk management and process improvementThis position is classified as:Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.Relocation assistance is not provided.The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
