Benefits: 401(k) matching Competitive salary Employee discounts Paid time off Dental Office Front Desk Lead – Bedford Periodontal and Dental Implant Care $30–$35/hour | Full-Time | 34 Regular Scheduled Hours/Week | 4-Day Workweek Our privately owned Periodontal & Dental Implant Specialty Practice in Bedford, MA is seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Office Front Desk Lead to join our team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of front office operations while working directly with the practice owners in a patient-focused, collaborative specialty practice where your experience and ideas matter. Schedule Monday: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Wednesday: OFF Thursday: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM Schedule includes ½ hour before opening and ½ hour after closing; exceptions require approval. The practice is currently closed Wednesdays, with plans to expand Wednesday operations in the coming year. What You'll Do Lead and coordinate daily front office operations Manage scheduling, confirmations, recalls, and patient flow Oversee insurance verification, billing, claims, and CDT coding Review treatment plans, financial arrangements, and insurance benefits with patients Monitor accounts receivable (A/R) and outstanding patient/insurance balances Follow up on outstanding claims and assist with claim resolution Accurately post payments, adjustments, and insurance activity Perform daily financial reconciliation and closing procedures Review financial reports and resolve discrepancies Qualifications 2+ years of dental front office experience required Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred Experience with Eaglesoft, VINE, RevenueWell, or similar dental software Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and CDT codes Excellent communication and patient-service skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Comfortable taking ownership and working independently while collaborating with a team Compensation & Benefits $30–$35/hour , based on experience and qualifications Full-time, 4-day workweek 34 regular scheduled hours/week Paid Time Off (PTO) for qualified employees Observed federal holidays 401(k) eligibility for qualified employees Continuing Education and professional development opportunities Privately owned, independent specialty practice Qualified candidates will be contacted for a phone interview, followed by an in-office working interview if selected. #J-18808-Ljbffr SYNERGY PRACTICE GROUP
