ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my current agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of five. I've been with State Farm for more than 27 years, serving as a State Farm agent before moving into State Farm management and eventually returning to agency ownership. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, building LEGO sets, and spending time snow skiing and surfing.

Building relationships in the community is important to me. I'm active with NAFA, a member of BNI (Business Network International), and enjoy connecting with local businesses and organizations.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Tad Teeples - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, and Health Insurance.
• Our office is located in Draper.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Field Executive.
