Customer Service Representative

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and efficient support while ensuring a positive experience. salary: $19 - $19.35 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Handling inbound customer calls

Providing warm transfers to senior agents as needed

Researching information in our CML system to assist customers

Updating customer records accurately
