Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)

This is a 13-week contract position.

Days 06:30 - 19:00 (3x12's)

The Certified Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing cardiopulmonary services in accordance with protocols approved by the medical staff and department policies. The therapist will deliver therapeutic and diagnostic services to both inpatients and outpatients, assisting physicians with various procedures, airway management, and ventilator management.

Assist physicians with both invasive and non-invasive procedures.

Deliver medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas.

Maintain patient airways and manage ventilator settings.

Perform intubations and blood gas analyses.

Valid BLS and ACLS certifications are a must.

Minimum experience in ICU, general floors, and emergency department settings.

NICU and pediatric experience is preferred but minimal; sufficient to cover the emergency department duties.
