Are you motivated, outgoing, and ready to build a career in sales? We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as  Outside Sales Representatives in the Omaha area.

This is an entry-level, face-to-face outside sales position where you'll meet directly with prospective customers, educate them on available products and services, and provide solutions that fit their needs.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing mentorship, and professional development to help you succeed from day one.

Employees who demonstrate strong performance and leadership potential may have the opportunity to qualify for future leadership and management opportunities as our company continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective customers in person to discuss products and services
• Build strong customer relationships through professional, face-to-face interactions
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Maintain knowledge of current products, services, and promotions
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working independently and meeting customers face-to-face
• Reliable transportation required
• Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Compensation

Compensation includes weekly pay and performance-based earning opportunities. Additional compensation details will be discussed during the interview process and are administered in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
