Our school client is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) at local schools and support the development of effective behavior intervention strategies for students in Wallingford, PA.

* Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
* Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) certification
* Experience in school-based or pediatric behavioral services SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY:
* Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) in school settings
* Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
* Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions accordingly
* Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
