Job Title: Experienced Toolmaker – Full Time at Pryer Aerospace, Tulsa, OK 74115 – Position Type: Full Time. Position Summary Responsible for finished goods inventory. Receives, stores, and distributes parts within Pryer. Essential Functions Receives in inventory and stocks onto shelves. Maintains accurate inventory records through the use of ERP. Performs cycle counting and verifies inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and resolves discrepancies. Fills internal job routers. Maintains hardware and weld wire levels and sends request to purchasing for replenishment. Maintains warehouse appearance, including housekeeping and organization. Maintains basic quality requirements/ISO awareness. Prepares materials for shipment as required. Exhibits good organization, prioritization, and multi‑tasking skills. Writes routine reports and correspondence. Adds, subtracts, multiplies, and divides in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Supports the company and department business goals and objectives for Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety and Attitude (QCDSA). Functions as a team member and under minimal supervision. Performs essential functions at the discretion of the Manager. Qualifications Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience: Minimum three (3) months related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience with receipt and stocking of material, filling requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials/parts. Experience handling both external and internal customers, building relationships and providing good customer service. Experience operating a forklift truck to move product around the warehouse and load trucks is desired. Computer Skills: Proficient in the use of material management tracking software and Microsoft Word and Excel. Certifications/Licenses: Valid Oklahoma driver’s license with minimal or no points on driving record. Able to be certified to safely operate a forklift.
