About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Engineering for Gym, Studio, and Enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the engineering teams that support the operational needs of fitness facilities. This includes ensuring clear ownership, technical direction, and execution across various product areas. The role also involves leading the AI-enabled transformation of software development practices, with a focus on improving productivity, quality, and delivery predictability. The VP will be accountable for the reliability, scalability, and security of the platforms, and will lead a global engineering organization, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Candidates for this role must have a minimum of 10 years of software engineering leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading multiple teams or product areas. Executive experience in a SaaS, enterprise software, or complex multi-product environment is essential. The role requires a strong technical background, with a focus on architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, and engineering productivity. Experience in talent development, organizational transformation, and global team leadership is also necessary. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, be outcome-oriented, and have a strong commitment to operational excellence and quality. Experience in fitness technology or related fields is a plus.
