About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Talent Acquisition to spearhead the development of a high-performing recruiting function that supports its rapid expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a multi-year talent acquisition strategy that is in line with the company's aggressive growth plans. This includes building a scalable recruiting infrastructure, leading targeted sourcing and attraction strategies, and partnering with operations executives to define success profiles. The role also involves designing structured selection processes, leading and developing the talent acquisition team, and providing executive leadership with data-driven insights on talent markets and recruiting ROI. Applicants for the Vice President of Talent Acquisition role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with at least 10 years of progressive talent acquisition leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building recruiting strategies for high-growth, multi-unit organizations, and experience in scaling recruiting functions during rapid expansion. Strategic thinking, strong execution, and data-driven decision-making are essential, as is the ability to build deep relationships with senior operations executives. A background in fitness, hospitality, retail, or franchised businesses is preferred, along with expertise in employer branding, talent marketing, and experience with systems implementations. The role requires regular travel to meet field leadership, visit locations, and build talent networks across expansion markets.
