As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Human Resources to lead and evolve our people strategy. Position Overview The Vice President of Human Resources serves as a key member of the executive leadership team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing a forward-thinking HR strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and rapid growth. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on, strategic HR leader who can operate effectively at both the executive and operational levels. You will build scalable HR infrastructure while driving operational excellence across all human resources functions. Candidates with experience in fintech, financial services, or other high‑growth regulated industries are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with the COO and executive leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive human capital strategy. Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and initiatives that enhance scalability, effectiveness, and employee engagement. Equip managers with the tools, training, and coaching needed to lead high‑performing teams effectively. Build and lead a best‑in‑class talent acquisition function, deploying innovative recruiting strategies to attract top fintech talent and meet the demands of rapid growth and specialized roles. Design and manage competitive compensation and total rewards programs, including incentive and bonus structures, to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Drive operational excellence across the full employee lifecycle, including HRIS management (ChartHop), policy development, and ensuring full compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Champion a values‑driven culture that fosters collaboration, transparency, innovation, and an outstanding employee experience. Leverage HR data and analytics to guide decision‑making, track workforce trends, and develop dashboards and reporting that provide clear visibility into key people metrics. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including time in director‑level or senior HR roles Experience in fintech, financial services, or a high‑growth regulated industry is strongly preferred Collaborative leadership style with excellent judgment, clear communication skills, and strong executive presence Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels with a hands‑on approach Proven success building and scaling HR functions in a fast‑growing organization Deep knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices Experience leading and developing high‑performing HR teams SHRM‑SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification preferred Why Join Our Client?
