About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join their team. The successful candidate will be the enterprise leader for financial planning, performance management, strategic decision support, and financial analytics. This executive will be a trusted strategic advisor, providing actionable financial insight to support organizational strategy, long-term financial sustainability, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include leading all financial planning activities, developing integrated financial plans, and providing executive leadership with timely analysis of financial performance and strategic opportunities. The role also involves leading enterprise service line profitability analysis, and margin improvement initiatives, and developing sophisticated financial models for centralized business planning. Candidates for the VP, FP&A role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years' of healthcare finance experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership, is required. The ideal candidate will have executive finance leadership experience within a large integrated healthcare delivery system and a proven track record in healthcare reimbursement, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. The role demands a leader with exceptional financial acumen, the ability to lead organizational transformation, and a strong background in strategic finance, including experience in mergers, acquisitions, and organizational growth initiatives. Advanced proficiency in enterprise financial systems is also necessary.
