Role Description The Business Account Expert is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Overland Park, KS, focused on supporting and growing T‑Mobile’s business customer base. This role manages day‑to‑day interactions with business accounts, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high‑quality customer service and account satisfaction. The Business Account Expert identifies opportunities to expand services, recommends solutions tailored to business needs, and collaborates with sales and support teams to drive business development and retention. The role also involves analyzing account performance, preparing reports, and using data insights to improve customer outcomes and meet team and individual performance goals. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong customer service and communication skills to manage business accounts and build trusted relationships.
