Accounting/Tax Specialist (Bilingual in Korean)

Accounting / Tax Specialist
A global trading and investment company. In trading, it specializes in a variety of commodities such as Chemicals, Steel, Semiconductors materials. In investment, it focuses on Renewable Energy: Solar/BESS projects & EV-DC Fast Charging Solutions.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support month-end/ year-end closing processes
- Handle journal entries and general accounting operations
- Analyzes financial information, and prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
- Assist Consolidation reporting of US GAAP and IFRS (consolidation package)
- Analyzes accounting issue and problem and report to Accounting head/Controller
- Support local tax compliance reporting (On the job training provided; no prior tax experience required)
- Perform all other functions requested that are within the scope of this job as deemed necessary or appropriate by manager
