Qualified candidates will be considered for current and future opportunities across multiple specialties and locations, including Lewes and Rehoboth.

Acute Care & Critical Care Nursing

Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse
Medical/Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse
Emergency Department Registered Nurse
Med/Surg Oncology Registered Nurse
Med/Surg Observation Registered Nurse

Surgical Services

Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)
CVOR Registered Nurse
RN First Assistant (RNFA)
Surgical Technologist
Surgical First Assistant
Sterile Processing Technician

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Registered Nurse Positions

(ICU, PCU, Med/Surg, Emergency Department, OR RN, CVOR RN, RNFA)

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Active RN license eligible to practice
BLS Certification required (AHA)
Relevant acute care, critical care, emergency nursing, or perioperative experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
Additional specialty certifications may be required based on the position
ACLS certification preferred and/or required after hire for select positions
NIH Stroke Scale certification may be required based on department

Surgical Technologist / Surgical First Assistant

Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program or equivalent training
Current certification preferred where applicable
Surgical services experience preferred

Sterile Processing Technician

High school diploma or equivalent
Sterile Processing experience preferred
CRCST certification preferred or required based on position

Credentials

Varies dependent upon role
