Job Overview A law firm seeks a Funds Associate for their Chicago, IL office. The ideal candidate will have a background in corporate and securities law, with specific experience advising investment funds and investors. This role involves working with the Financial Services & Capital Markets team. Duties Advise investment funds throughout their lifecycle. Provide counsel to investors in various funds. Collaborate with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit. Manage multiple projects effectively under pressure. Articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Requirements Three to five years of relevant experience preferred. Active bar license in Illinois or commitment to obtain one. Excellent academic credentials. Superior interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active bar license in the state of Illinois. Skills Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
