We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join a well-established, majority fee-for-service private practice with a stellar reputation for excellence. Located an hour from downtown Birmingham and 30 minutes from Chelsea.

Highlights-

Successful, Single-location Private Practice: over $3.5 Million in annual collections.
Busy schedule: Both dentists booked out months in advance. 70-80 new patients per month
Modern Facilities: CBCT, 3D printer, CEREC, implant system, digital scanner,
Advanced Procedures: Offering a comprehensive range of services including general, implant, and sedation dentistry, allowing you to enhance your skills and deliver top-tier patient care.
Mentoring Opportunities: Practice alongside two experienced dentists who are happy to mentor.
Exceptional Income Potential: Pay includes a base guarantee or 32% of collections with no lab deductions.
Excellent Work-Life Balance: 4 days per week and no nights or weekends.
Partnership Potential: After 2-3 years of experience.

Comprehensive Practice Philosophy:

This practice embraces comprehensive approach influenced by the Pankey Institute and the Dawson Academy. They focus on delivering exceptional patient care through advanced techniques and continuous learning.

Associate Criteria:

Experience: Open to all experience levels but some experience preferred.
Skills: Excellent people skills and a willingness to learn.
