Video and Event Producer

Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, on-brand productions by managing operational and logistical production processes from pre‑production planning through delivery. Work closely with studio operations to produce video shoots on an LED volume wall. Collaborate with senior leaders and business stakeholders to manage projects to successful conclusion. Coordinate with the broader Enterprise Creative team, Global Brand & Communications, and business partners to determine objectives and needs of initiatives. Oversee entire production lifecycle from initial concept through final delivery, acting as the single point of contact, ensuring quality, budget, timeline, and final asset delivery. Develop production budget scenarios and advise on feasibility, costs, and efficiency opportunities. Apply a solutions‑focused mindset to every production aspect. Create and maintain detailed shoot schedules, coordinate crew calls, secure locations, talent, and equipment. Hire and direct key crew for each project. Provide photography support for meetings and events, sourcing and managing freelance photographers, and manage photography assets and other digital assets for long‑term storage. Produce virtual and small events for internal and external audiences. Serve as primary liaison between the Production team and internal Creative team, Global Brand & Communications, and business partners. Lead executive rehearsals and manage on‑site logistics to ensure seamless event execution. Travel domestically and occasionally internationally to manage video productions, events, and other production‑related projects. Qualifications Advanced knowledge of video production. Proven track record of corporate, commercial, or broadcast video content with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high‑quality output on deadline. Basic knowledge of live and virtual event production, including media and meeting support production, staging, and related disciplines. Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders, executives, and external partners while maintaining professional relationships. Experience building and overseeing production budgets, making strategic resource decisions, and production economics. Experience working directly with senior leaders and executives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Ability to align production strategy with broader business goals, understand brand positioning, and make content decisions that serve organizational objectives. Familiarity with LED volume wall technology and virtual production workflows is a plus. Ability and willingness to travel. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus eight to ten years of relevant experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
