Residential Property Administrator (for Apartments)Wilmington, DE | Full-TimeJoin the team at ResideBPG Property ManagementDo you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love keeping things organized, and enjoy helping people feel at home?We're looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Residential Property Administrator to help keep our community running smoothly while creating an exceptional resident experience.In this role, you'll work closely with the Property Manager to support day-to-day operations, build strong resident relationships, and help maintain a thriving residential community.What You'll Be DoingBe the go-to support for our residential communityPartner with the Property Manager to help achieve operational and financial goalsSupport and collaborate with on-site staff to keep everything running efficientlyHelp create a welcoming, connected community for residents and team membersHelp residents love where they liveCoordinate between residents and maintenance teams to ensure work orders are handled quickly and accuratelyProcess lease renewals and help maintain strong resident retentionLease available apartment homes according to waiting list and program requirementsAssist with resident recertification paperwork and compliance processesKeep operations organized and on trackHandle rent collection and ensure timely processing according to company policiesMonitor delinquent accounts, late fees, notices, and eviction documentationPrepare final move-out statements and collection submissionsComplete weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting accurately and on timeWork closely with the Property Manager to ensure apartments are move-in ready as quickly as possibleStay knowledgeable and compliantUnderstand and apply Federal and State Housing RegulationsMaintain accurate records and follow established proceduresWhat We're Looking ForProfessional, positive, and polished attitudeStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a busy environmentTeam player with a proactive mindsetConfidence and initiative to help maintain occupancy goalsComfortable using Microsoft Office productsQualificationsEducationHigh school diploma requiredBachelor's degree in a related field preferredExperienceNo property management experience required — we're happy to train the right candidate!Experience with Microsoft Office requiredTax Credit/LIHTC experience is a plus, but not requiredPhysical RequirementsProlonged sitting and regular computer useOccasional standing, walking, stretching, and bendingWhy Join Us?At ResideBPG Property Management, we believe great communities start with great people.
