Job Overview A law firm seeks a Real Estate Midlevel Associate for its Wilmington, NC office. The candidate should possess a minimum of four years of experience in real estate or related transactional law. Duties Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and closing documents. Conduct title, survey, and other due diligence reviews. Manage real estate development projects. Handle real estate financing transactions. Oversee real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Facilitate commercial lease transactions. Advise on zoning, land use, and condominium matters. Requirements J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school. Minimum of four years' experience in real estate or related transactional law. Ability to learn and adapt to new skills and practices. Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Effective independent and team working skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and professional demeanor. Valid authorization to work in the U.S. Education J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school. Certifications Bar membership in good standing.
