Structure Payload Design Engineer

ACL Digital is Hiring Structure Payload Design Engineer for contract role in locations Washington

Title- Structure Payload Design Engineer

Duration- 12 month (with possible extension)

Position Responsibilities:

Structures design engineers with previous design experience in support production at our Renton/Everett, WA location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences)

• 8+ years related work experience in structure design.

• Experience with CATIA V5

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Ability to excel in a highly dynamic environment, team-oriented atmosphere

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex, nuanced results in a clear, concise manner that is easily understood by a wide audience

• Have initiative and ability to recognize needs/SOW without explicit guidance

• Be able to provide technical solutions to a wide range of problems

• Familiar with DCCS, ETAC, PDM

Required Skills:

• Experience in Structure and/or Payload DE

• Experience in a commercial aircraft environment

• Must have at least a bachelor’s degree in aerospace, Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering

• 2D & 3D design with some knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, GD&T.
