Pay: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday (Must be flexible/on‑call) Travel: Up to 65% local/long‑distance travel (Base: Perimeter Place Dr) The Role: As a "Road Warrior" Specialty Technician, you aren't just cleaning—you are a specialist handling high‑priority client requests and advanced facility maintenance. Specialized Care: Perform expert floor work (stripping/waxing), pressure washing, and window cleaning. Advanced Safety: Utilize high‑end disinfection equipment and pathogen remediation techniques. Customer Facing: Communicate professionally with customers to solve site‑specific issues. What You Need: Driving Record: Must possess a valid driver’s license with at least 5 years of driving history and a clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
