Truck Team Member Job

Our restaurant is looking for a hardworking, well-organized, and responsible truck team member.

The perfect candidate for this position will be able to keep the shelves of our stores organized, properly labeled, and well-stocked with products. While this position does not usually involve working with customers, we expect all our staff to be friendly and approachable. We are seeking a part-time truck and utility team member for the Chick-fil-A store in Durham. Truck and inventory team members will be responsible for unloading a truck 3 to 5 days a week from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., as well as maintaining a clean restaurant. Responsibilities of a Truck Team Member:

• Able to work early in the morning from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• Help leaders in executing opening procedures
• Rotate materials correctly using the FIFO method
• Organize the shelves
• Organize the backroom
• Track inventory
• Track expiration dates
• Maintain order and cleanliness of the store
• Notification of damages to goods and products
• Coordination with other teams
• Unload morning supply trucks and storage shelves
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

Type of work: Part-time

Pay: $12-14 per hour

Requirements for Truck Team Members:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in warehouses or retail stores preferred
• Understanding of product rotation
• New hires must receive training
