I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as an Assistant County Prosecutor and attorney. That background helped shape my attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and passion for helping people through important decisions and challenges. Giving back is a major priority for me. I’m heavily involved in charitable organizations focused on feeding the homeless and recently helped support an effort that packaged 250,000 meals for people in need. Serving the community and helping others is a core part of who we are as an agency. Our agency offers extensive training and development opportunities, support through the Aspirant program, a 401(k), licensing reimbursement, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. I care deeply about creating an environment where team members feel supported, valued, and encouraged to grow both personally and professionally. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for STEVEN MCINTOSH - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
