Propane Branch Manager – Pocomoke, MARYLAND
The successful individual will know how to build a solid team, grow market share, control costs, improve margins, deliver customer service, and develop customer loyalty. The successful candidate must have a solid understanding of Operations Management, Routing and Scheduling, Distribution, Personnel Management, Sales, Propane Service and Installation, and Customer Service. This role will include full P&L responsibility, budgeting, and establishing an annual business plan. * Oversees the scheduling of the service appointments and work orders. Provides general supervision of the work being done, ensuring safety and quality of the job. * Attends to customer questions and complaints in a manner that ensures customer satisfaction and positive feedback. * Regularly schedules and conducts safety meetings with department and emergencytraining. * Responsible for the overall maintenance of the building/office. * Report and monitor of daily propane storage inventories.
