Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Coordinator to provide travel support and ensure a positive client experience. This role focuses on assisting customers with travel‑related questions, coordinating details, and maintaining clear communication throughout the planning process.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients regarding travel inquiries and requests
Provide guidance on travel options, timelines, and next steps
Support reservation coordination and follow‑up communication
Ensure accuracy of client information and travel details
Deliver high‑quality service with professionalism and care
Follow company processes and service standards

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
