The use of video conference tools (e.g., MS Teams or WebEx) can be used in accordance with agency guidelines.F2F BackgroundThe primary responsibility of the Technology Services' (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team is to maintain and support highly visible cloud systems, Workday, Adaptive Planning and Coupa. We are seeking one Workday Functional Analyst to augment the team. The Contractor will provide support which includes troubleshooting Production issues, configuring Workday Finance application, performing end-to-end testing of integrations, reports and/or business processes. The Contractor would support the Production Workday environment, future releases, and the development of new solutions and enhancements.RequirementsThe candidate shall possess the knowledge and skills set forth in the Technical Services BOA, Section 3.13.2.3 for labor category Senior Functional Analyst. The candidate shall also demonstrate the below knowledge and experience:The ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Workday FinanceRegression testing of the application and integrations for the upcoming Workday releaseExcellent work ethic, communication and organizational skillsPossess experience with integrations in Workday (Orchestrate, Studio, EIB etc)The Contractor shall deliver, but not limited to, the following:Partnering with stakeholders to define needs, analyze business processes, and design, test, and implement system solutions.Configuring business processes and functional areas in Workday Finance to meet organizational requirements.Research and develop solutions for the integration issues between Workday and Coupa systemManaging biannual Workday updates, analyzing feature releases, and implementing new functionalitiesDocument project deliverables such as requirements specification, design and test results
