As a valued member of the team, you will:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to manage patient care plans
• Utilize your nephrology experience to support kidney transplant patients
• Float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed
• Document patient information using EPIC EMR system

Requirements for this role include:

• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Epic experience required
• State license required
• BLS certification required
• Driver's License required
• Work history/resume required
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date required
• License verification required
• 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission
• Must be at least 50 miles from facility based on driver's license
