Qualifications:

• Active California SLP License and/or CTC required
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but strong CFYs are welcome
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
• Organizational skills to manage documentation, therapy schedules, and essential reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with a range of communication needs
• Deliver direct therapy services onsite in accordance with student IEPs
• Conduct progress monitoring and provide regular updates to staff and families
• Serve as a collaborative team member, participating in IEP meetings and consultations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
