• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students across various age groups.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes.
• Maintain detailed documentation and provide progress reports to staff and families.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to foster a supportive learning environment.
• Utilize evidence-based strategies to enhance communication skills and facilitate academic success for every student.

Qualifications and experience sought include:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred, though CFY candidates are welcome.
• Prior experience in a school setting is advantageous, but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
