What You'll Do
- Decontaminate surgical instruments, drills, scopes, and other items
- Assemble instruments across multiple service lines including trauma and loaner sets
- Operate sterilization processes such as Sterrad and steam sterilization
- Handle high-level disinfection (HLD) and scope reprocessing
- Manage sterile storage and inventory tracking
- Act as OR liaison and utilize Censitrac tracking system
- Experience with Medivator equipment is required
What You Need
Required:
- Valid CBSPD or CRCST certification (through HSPA)
- Experience with Medivator systems (rated 1-4 by candidate)
- Knowledge of sterilization, decontamination, and scope reprocessing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a Level One trauma or busy surgical setting
