• Experience: 3+ years in a similar facility, trauma experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Decontaminate surgical instruments and scopes, including DaVinci, drills, and other instruments
• Assemble all instruments across various service lines, including trauma, loaner, and peel packaging
• Operate sterilization machinery (sterrad and steam) and perform high-level disinfection (HLD)
• Manage scope and instrument sterilization, storage, and tracking
• Collaborate with the OR team, serving as a liaison for sterile processing needs
• Utilize Censitrac tracking system for inventory management
• Ensure compliance with all sterilization and safety protocols to support patient care

What You Need
Required:

• Certification: CBSPD or CRCST (via HSPA/IAHCSMM)
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar surgical environment, preferably trauma-focused
• Knowledge of sterilization processes, scope handling, and inventory management

Preferred:

• Experience with Censitrac tracking system
• Ability to float to other locations as needed
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
