Dee Jays BBQ Ribs
Dee Jay's BBQ Ribs & Grille is seeking experienced line cooks for our location in Wexford. We are looking for individuals with strong culinary and organizational skills. Known for our ribs and BBQ, we are a fast paced, high volume kitchen. * Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
* Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking ribs, main dishes, salads, appetizers and desserts
* Plating prepared foods based on chef’s guidance
* Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
* Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts
* Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week Benefits:
