Job Title: Assembler (Assembly Technician – Level 1)

• Pay: $24–$25/hour
• Shift: 1st Shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)
• Location: Cheektowaga / Lancaster, NY
• Schedule: Overtime, including Saturdays, as needed

️ What You’ll Do

• Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components using hand and power tools
• Build large systems including frames, piping, wiring harnesses, and cooling modules
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, fit, and function
• Document production activity and maintain high quality standards
• Collaborate with team members and production leads to keep operations running smoothly
• Package finished products for safe shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first (6S) workspace

✅ What You Bring

• Experience with mechanical assembly (preferred) and hand/power tools
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work

Preferred:

• Technical certification or degree
• Experience in industrial, engine, or heavy equipment assembly

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
