Staff Accountant

Job Title: Staff Accountant Location: Alhambra, CA (100% onsite) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full Time | Direct Hire FLSA Status: Exempt Salary Range: $72,000 – $80,000 per year, depending on experience. About the Role We are seeking a detail‑oriented Staff Accountant to join a growing manufacturing company. This role will support day‑to‑day accounting operations and play a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting and process efficiency. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal entries Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory accounting Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting policies and procedures Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations and finance teams Qualifications 1–5 years of accounting experience Experience within a manufacturing environment required ERP experience required; NetSuite experience strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Benefits Medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and sick leave.
