The salary range for this position is expected to be between $72,000-$95,000 per year, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join a growing manufacturing company. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations and play a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting and process efficiency.

Location: 100% onsite
Salary: $72,000 - $90,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory accounting
• Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts
• Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and finance teams

Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of accounting experience
• Experience within a manufacturing environment required
• ERP experience required; NetSuite experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
