We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English Language Tutor to join our team in Akron. The role involves providing one‑on‑one or small group instruction to students of various ages and levels, improving their English language skills—including speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Responsibilities Plan & prepare lessons according to the students' needs and learning objectives. Teach English language skills in an engaging and interactive manner. Monitor students' progress and provide regular feedback on their performance. Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation. Utilize teaching materials and resources effectively to enhance learning. Communicate with parents or guardians about their child's progress. Qualifications Native or near‑native proficiency in English. Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field. Previous experience as an English Language Tutor or Teacher preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patient, understanding, and adaptable teaching style. Ability to work flexible hours based on student availability. Salary $1,000 per month. Location Akron, USA. Candidates of all nationalities who are eligible to work in the United States are welcome.
