The Tone This is a part‑time, entry‑level role at SThree Wellness, located in Orlando, FL, with a hybrid schedule available. SThree Wellness is a luxury holistic health and wellness practice built on three foundational pillars: Sports, Spa, and Smoothies, offering an elevated experience for clients transforming their health. As the first marketing hire, this role is crucial for sharing the company’s story and expanding its reach. You will support the company’s exciting growth phase directly alongside the founder. The TL;DR Role: Early Career Type: Part‑Time Location: Hybrid, Orlando, FL Pay: $20–$40 hourly Team: Founder‑led practice, reports directly to the founder. Mission: Capture and bring the SThree Wellness experience to life across digital platforms, building a community around the intersection of fitness, recovery, nutrition, and self‑care. Tech Stack: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Descript, Audacity, Adobe Audition, Adobe Express, Photoshop What You’ll Actually Do Brand Content Creation: Produce elevated short‑form and long‑form video, photo, and written content for digital platforms, showcasing the Sports, Spa, and Smoothies pillars. Podcast Production: Support the podcast’s launch and ongoing production by editing audio, creating visual assets, writing show notes, and assisting with guest coordination. Social Media & Community Management: Develop content calendars, monitor performance metrics, and engage with the online community to build brand presence. Visual Storytelling: Capture the ambiance of the Orlando practice through thoughtful visual storytelling that reflects its luxury positioning. Marketing & Administrative Support: Organize digital assets, assist with email campaigns, research industry trends, and provide general support to the founder. The Must‑Haves Background: Early‑career creative with a genuine interest in luxury wellness and an aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury, wellness, and lifestyle branding. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience: Demonstrated ability to produce high‑quality short‑form video content (portfolio, reel, or sample work required), proficient in at least one video/photo editing platform, and experience with graphic design tools. Skills: Strong written communication, impeccable attention to detail, ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a founder‑led environment.
