We are looking for an experienced Change Management Consultant to help guide a complex enterprise transformation for stakeholders and end users in St. Paul, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position will focus on strengthening readiness, driving engagement, and supporting adoption across business and technology teams throughout the program lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in organizational change, cross-functional collaboration, and communication planning within large-scale transformation environments.

Responsibilities:
• Direct change management efforts for a large enterprise transformation program, ensuring business teams are prepared for operational and technology-related changes.
• Evaluate stakeholder groups and analyze how upcoming changes will affect processes, roles, and day-to-day activities across impacted areas.
• Design and carry out communication and engagement plans that encourage awareness, alignment, and user adoption throughout the initiative.
• Establish and support a network of change advocates within key functions to reinforce messaging and gather feedback from the business.
• Develop audience-specific materials such as user profiles, journey maps, and targeted messaging to improve understanding of the change.
• Work closely with training partners to identify impacted employees, confirm learning readiness, and monitor training participation and completion.
• Coordinate with business, program, and IT leaders to surface change-related risks and implement practical mitigation strategies.
• Measure readiness and adoption through defined metrics while supporting testing, deployment preparation, go-live activities, and post-launch stabilization.
• Lead retrospective discussions and apply lessons learned to strengthen change delivery across future project phases or releases.• At least 5 years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, project delivery, or a related field.
• Proven experience supporting large ERP or enterprise transformation programs, with S/4HANA exposure strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder engagement, assess business impacts, and improve user adoption through structured change approaches.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence both business and technical audiences in matrixed environments.
• Experience working across complex, cross-functional teams with competing priorities and evolving project needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, workshop facilitation, and organizational capabilities.
• Change management certification such as Prosci or similar is preferred; PMP or related program management credentials are also valuable.
• Background in healthcare, medical device, manufacturing, life sciences, or other regulated industries is a plus.
