Workday Business Analyst

Overview
The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Workday environments, translating business needs into functional requirements, and supporting enhancements through the full delivery lifecycle. This position requires a collaborative problem solver who can work across teams, manage competing priorities, and help drive successful technology outcomes. Required Qualifications

- Experience as a Business Analyst supporting ERP or enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and/or Finance modules.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
- Experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, or integrations.
- Experience working with HR, Finance, or enterprise operations teams.
- Familiarity with testing processes, QA, and production support.
- Experience working in complex organizational environments.
