The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems to ensure maximum uptime, product quality, and safe operation. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, with a heavy emphasis on electrical maintenance, 3‐phase systems, and PLC troubleshooting . The technician supports daily plant operations through preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and continuous improvement activities.

Maintenance & Repair

• Perform troubleshooting and repair on industrial equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose and repair 3‐phase electrical systems , motors, drives, control circuits, and power distribution components.
• Troubleshoot and assist with PLC‐based equipment , including inputs/outputs, sensors, relays, and basic logic issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems according to established schedules.
• Inspect equipment to identify wear, failures, or safety concerns and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain and repair building systems including lighting, electrical panels, HVAC components, and general facility infrastructure.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns to minimize downtime and restore production quickly and safely.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and parts usage records.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4–10+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including electrical and mechanical repair.
• Experience with 3‐phase power , industrial controls, and PLC troubleshooting strongly preferred.
• Manufacturing or industrial facility experience required.

Computer & Equipment Skills

• Preferred: MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and CMMS/database systems.
• Required: Hand tools, multimeters, test equipment, welders, machining tools, HVAC tools, electrical tools, and plumbing tools.
