Stockroom Associate

PGS Worldwide is seeking a Stockroom Associate in Hudson, NH for a one-year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company.

The Stockroom Associate will support electronics stockroom operations by receiving, counting, picking, kitting, issuing, and handling electronic components for manufacturing. This role is a good fit for someone detail-oriented who wants hands-on experience in inventory management, Oracle ERP, supply chain processes, ESD handling, and material flow to the production floor.

Required Skills

• High school education with up to 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Basic understanding of PC applications.
• Ability to work with small, complex parts as needed.
• Ability to accurately receive, count, and process incoming materials.
• Ability to pick, kit, and issue components to fulfill material requests.
• Ability to support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and problem-solving.
• Ability to properly handle and package sensitive electronic components.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom environment.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• No security clearance required.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle ERP experience.
• Experience with electronics stockroom operations, material handling, receiving, inventory management, picking, kitting, issuing components, cycle counting, ESD handling, small parts, supply chain support, and manufacturing material flow.

What You'll Do

• Manage the flow of electronic components from receiving through delivery to the manufacturing floor.
• Receive, count, and process incoming materials using Oracle ERP.
• Fulfill material requests by picking, kitting, and issuing components.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts and proactive problem-solving.
• Handle and package sensitive electronic components in accordance with ESD requirements.
• Work with small, complex parts as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom environment.
• Support continuous improvement efforts within the stockroom.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Work Schedule / Shift

• 1st shift, Monday–Friday.
• 9/80 schedule.
• 6:00 AM–3:30 PM.
• No overtime expected.

Pay

• $21.55/hour
