FOOD SERVICE WORKER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME) Location: Children's Mercy Adele Hall - 2401 Gillham Road, Kansas City, MO 64108. Online applications only. Schedule: Full time and part time Monday through Friday; full time hours may vary; weekends as needed. Requirement: Prior food service experience is preferred. Perks: Paid training. Pay: $16.50–$18.50 per hour. Job Summary Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables. Weigh and measure designated ingredients. Carry pans, kettles, and trays between work stations, stove, and refrigerator according to safety standards. Store food following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures. Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils. Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment. Use approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and portion control. Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner following outlined service steps. Resolve customer concerns and report to supervisor. Ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures. Ensure compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements. Perform other duties as assigned.
