Key Responsibilities For The Staff Accountant

• Support financial reporting and accounting operations.
• Manage billing, accounts receivable, and collections activities.
• Assist with cash management and account reconciliations.
• Participate in month-end close procedures.
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting data.
• Identify and support process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications For The Staff Accountant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting, billing, accounts receivable, collections, or financial operations experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Working knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
