Bilingual Office Assistant & Food Program Manager

Overview We are a Spanish Montessori preschool seeking a highly organized, professional, and bilingual individual to support the daily operations of our school. This position plays a vital role in managing enrollment, communicating with families, and overseeing our school food program. Responsibilities Support daily operations to ensure smooth school functioning Manage enrollment processes and records Communicate with families to provide information and updates Oversee the school food program and related administrative tasks Coordinate with the Director and school team as needed Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality Qualifications Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (English fluency required for answering calls, responding to emails, and conducting virtual tours) Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor Strong attention to detail Comfortable using technology, including email, virtual meeting platforms, and basic office software Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the Director and school team Prior administrative experience preferred Experience managing inventory or food programs is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr La Tribu Rural LLC
