CNC Machine Operators Location: Pendergrass, GA Shifts : 1st/2nd Schedule: M-F (Weekends as Needed) Pay Range : $19-$25 (Based off Experience) Job Summary Employbridge is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for setting up, programming, operating, and maintaining CNC vertical mills while producing high-quality parts according to specifications and blueprints. Key Responsibilities Set up, program, operate, and maintain CNC vertical mills Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and program edits Conduct quality control inspections to ensure product accuracy Design and build fixtures as needed Complete general machining and production tasks Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused individual who takes pride in producing quality work and contributing to a high-performing manufacturing team.

Job Requirements Qualifications 1-3 years of CNC machining experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Knowledge of manufacturing safety practices High school diploma or equivalent preferred Work Environment Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and noise Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods Frequent repetitive movements and physical activity
