Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Elizabeth, NJ. The responsibilities include answering inbound phone calls, returning missed calls, assisting customers with logistics of deliveries, providing customer quotes, answering a large volume of customer emails and ensuring customer satisfaction. This person will also have either direct or dotted line (based on experience level) responsibility for managing 4 or 5 remote contractors who support the business.

The individual will use the technology systems to manage customers, orders and logistics. This individual will work closely with the owner and the director of operations on a daily basis to ensure that customer issues are quickly addresses and issues are escalated as appropriate. There is an opportunity for the right person to build and lead a team as the company continues to grow and expand its services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, Operations Support and Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in improving Customer Experience and delivering exceptional service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using CRM software or customer service tools is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are advantageous
• Dispatching or logistics support would be beneficial
• Bilingual+ is not required, but would be valuable
